Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please double-check your cart for accuracy before completing your purchase.

Damaged Items & Care

• Arrival Issues: If your items arrive damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery. Include your full name, order number, and photos of the damage.

• Proper Care: Polymer clay is durable but must be handled with care. We cannot offer refunds for items damaged by improper care (e.g., exposure to water, perfumes, or excessive force).
