Shipping Policy

Processing & Shipping

  • Processing Time: Please allow 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday) for your order to be processed and dropped off at the post office.

  • Domestic Only: We currently only ship within the United States.

  • Tracking: Shipping time begins once the post office accepts the package.

Lost or Missing Packages

Once your order is accepted by USPS, it is no longer under our control. Emma Lynn Gems is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. * If marked "Delivered" but missing: Check with neighbors, household members, or unusual spots around your home. USPS occasionally marks items delivered 1–2 days early.

  • Next Steps: If you still cannot find it, please contact your local Post Master or file a claim with USPS. We do not have access to internal USPS delivery data and cannot replace packages marked as delivered.

Address Errors & Returns

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We ship to the exact address provided.

  • Returned Packages: If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for the cost of a new shipping label to resend the order.

Missing or Incorrect Items

If there is an issue with your order, contact us at emmalynngems@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • To help us resolve this quickly, please include:

    1. Your order number

    2. A photo of everything you received

    3. The name of the missing or incorrect item

  • Note: As a small business, we cannot offer replacements or refunds for items reported after the 7-day window.
